He's a very good OT and DL prospects, most schools (Stanford/Michigan/Clemson) tell him he can play wherever he wants, do you know if the Vols are recruiting him hard? He's very very good.
I see another site has moved ABCs Williams to the #17 overall prospect, it's nice to see Tennessee in DC this past 2 weeks even if they ignored Hall for some reason. Clevs boy headed to Urban town USA.
