Some weeks ago, you guys told us the ceiling for our class was going to be 17. Then stuff happened and now it looks like it'll be at least 20. (I assume that's right) My question is whether the staff thought 17 for a while too?? And if so, was it a mis-callibration that may now put us in a more difficult spot to acquire real talent in spots 18-20, or 21, or 22. You aim for 17, you manage accordingly, and then all of a sudden you say oops, "we've got to find at least 3 more studs".
