What is the thought process behind a one-year extension?
All things considered, does this not hurt the program more than it helps it?
Do you guys have any inside information that would shed any light on why Hart made this move? Were the potential replacements not sufficient?
Just trying to make sense of something that really doesn't make any sense, Serrano has been no better than Todd Raleigh was. He's had five years to turn the program around and they're no better than they were the day he took over the job.
How can they afford to bring Serrano back given the current state of the program?
Hart says that Serrano is his guy and he believes in Serrano. If that's the case, and he was dead set on bringing him back, then why on a one-year extension? If he's your guy and you believe in him, then why not give him more than a year?
The whole thing makes little sense at all. Please shed some light on the decision and give us some thoughts.
Thanks.
