Butch is right about "the right fit". Fulmer needed disciplinarian Coordinators because he was more passive. That's why Randy struggled. He and Fulmer were both laid back. An "in your face" guy like Saban probably benefited from Kiffin's cooler head.
I think Butch is a fire breather so he probably needs a calmer coordinator. Maybe Debord is a calming presence. Does anyone know his style?
