1.) Assess the job Dave Hart has done at UT. What was his best accomplishment? What did he fail to do that he should have done? Do you think the athletics deptartment is better off now than the way he found it?
2.) How attractive is the AD job at UT? What makes it attractive? What would turn a candidate off?
3.) Whether it's Blackburn or someone else, what's the biggest issue that person faces on Day 1?
4.) Is there a sense that the new AD will reinstate the Lady Vol nickname and logo for all women's athletics? Is that something that will get pushed hard by those who care?
5.) Is UT looking for an AD who will come in and clean house or keep the status quo? In other words, UT is at a crossroads in many sports with its coaches. Football is a big question mark with what's happened this season. There's not much energy or enthusiasm with men's basketball. Women's basketball has fallen off under Warlick. Serrano is a major question mark in baseball. Do you see big changes coming in the coaching ranks?
