I'd be interested in everybody's thought process about how you get this team motivated and mentally ready to play Saturday given all the factors: key players injured, long losing streak, flat gave one away last year, haven't played great in the first three games.
I've gone back and forth but I finally settled on challenge their manhood at every turn. Quotes from Gator players everywhere, "Same Old Tennessee" signs, video of last year's loss every day, the whole nine yards. But maybe this is just 20 years of frustration at the world thinking we're terrified of the F on their helmet.
