BRAP "Financial Commitment to Athletics"

I've seen this phrase posted by staff on here and on TOS that if Tennessee wants to take the next step they must have a greater "financial commitment to athletics."

Do you all have any numbers (specifically football) on where we are in terms of spending on coaches recruiting etc? I know it's unreasonable to think we would be on par with Alabama but would be interested in seeing comparisons to Georgia, Florida and possibly Clemson (outside the SEC and seem to have taken the "next step" in terms of building a program).

Thanks for any input you all may be able to provide. Wanted to get this in the chat last night but couldn't make it.
