Half the South Endzone bleachers have been sandblasted and repainted and the other half just look awful. Are they going to resume? They've been off it for two weeks now.

Edit: Just heard from good source that the work is "done". UT not paying to complete the South Endzone, at least not this year. Ridiculous.
