I look at a kid's offer list and really prefer to go by that instead of their star rating but I do have a question about that. How does Rivals come up with that list for each player? Do they simply take a kid's word about their offers or do they ask colleges to confirm that an offer has been made? In reality, how accurate are those offer lists? Just curious.
