Why does a guy like Jim Phillips at Northwestern not get mentioned more for the AD job at UT. Worked here in the late 1990's left in 2000. (not sure how long he was here) Got a PHD from Tennessee in 2007 - so he has some Tennessee ties an a pretty impressive resume. Worked at Notre Dame as well. Just curious?
