Brent and whoever's left,it's ridiculous that Rivals can't or won't fix this problem

with the thread settings.Ridiculous that every time you go on your board,you have to reset the thread settings.This has been going on for almost a month.If this is my own fault,I apologize,but I have seen this problem mentioned by other posters for close to a month.
