This is a big hire, of course. But it's different because CZA was actually doing a good job recruiting, so it's not going to be an easy thing to improve. More likely we could get someone with better ties in areas that he wasn't as strong in (i.e., we are covered in FL where he was strong, but maybe you could get someone with great ties in GA/NC/VA where we either lack strong ties or could always use more).
