Understandably, Vol fans are pretty damn leery of Jarret Guarantano being the starting QB this fall. With that said, are we underselling Jim Chaney's ability to get him ready to be an upperechelon SEC starter considering this is now year two under him?
I mean, most of us have been very hard on JG, but in all fairness he's had zero stability when it comes to head coach, OC, QB coach, etc.
