Brent, correct me if I am wrong re: 25 initial counter rule:

The NCAA allows 25 new scholarships allowed per academic year.....so, wouldn't that mean that the EE's count toward the '14-'15 academic year and a new clock starts for the 25 in fall? Meaning a blueshirt (enrolled after fall camp) would immediately have access to a scholly?
