This means programs are talking NIL while recruiting players.....where's the line? There is no line from the quote above imo. Anyone thinking it's only for current roster players has their head in the sand. Has anything changed the last few months or is this a case UTs just not winning big battles right now with a few guys in the news currently?
Appears you can do everything we did before when it comes to NIL except sign the player on the dotted line like we did Nico
