Is he forced to work within the existing salary pool (as increased by the recent bump)?
Obviously there have been several coordinator hires already this off-season that moved the average coordinator salary number even higher.
Are we still pretty boxed in financially? Or do you think the athletic department would/could figure out a way to allocate market resources for the right guy?
(NOTE: I'm not saying we should spend a bunch of money on this hire --- especially if this is really CBJ's offense and the OC is just being brought in to execute it.)
