According to the statement from his attorney, the charge was reduced to domestic assault for now but with the expectation that the domestic assault charge will also be dropped in the future (~6 months). He said the agreement reached with the DA will result in all charges being dismissed.

It seems like a step-wise process for some reason.

But, if it is clear that ALL charges will be dropped eventually, do you think this is a no-brainer reinstatement (per your previous post today)?
