You said why isn't JG ready, but why can't JC dummy down the offense to use Bailey when JG fails, which will happen sat., just don't know when.
Overtime when the off. staff says Bailey is not ready, is really a huge indictment of the staff, putting all their eggs stupidly in JG's basket after yrs. of mediocrity.
As the moderator said, many other teams have worked with 2nd/3rd string QB's in an emergency manner & got them up to speed to execute an off. that caters to the new QB.
