Debord has obviously had a track record in the NFL and NCAA but would you as a fan (not as part of the media) not have a little concern that we are looking at an individual that is currently coaching in a sport(s) that isn't even the same as what we are trying to hire him? That is the only thing that has me concerned because to not be coaching in the sport it just seems to me that he either:
1) Wasn't in high demand by others
2) Hasn't had a desire/passion to be in football.
Either one of these doesn't seem like it would fit the mold for us trying to get back where we want to be
