Riley was on the 1998 NC team, but Scott Wells was here 2000-2003. Since the last Rivals update, all the old records are difficult to locate. My question is about both guys Rivals Ranking/Rating. Was Spencer Riley a 3 star or 4 star out of Jefferson County? I thought he was a 3 star.
