Obviously June, 2017 is the 'target' date to have a new AD in place. From your statement on 'moving quickly,' given the accelerated pace is it realistic to think that Hart could in fact leave earlier when the replacement is identified, perhaps even by NSD? Your assertion that the Vols have to keep Jones happy would almost dictate a resolution be in place well before that time.
