Is this the same Bill Rodgers who owned the Buick dealership in Knoxville? Pat used to use him to consult about personalities a long time ago. He used to use the Predictive Index, not sure if he's still into that or has moved to something else. If it's the same guy then it could definitely help. I can remember several specific instances where Pat changed her approach towards certain players because of his feedback, and it worked.
