Brent/Rob: How is the UT job perceived?

Given the turmoil and turnover in this program the last few seasons, how is the UT job perceived in coaching circles and will it be difficult for us to hire a quality head coach?

It's hard not to think this latest round with Tyndall and how it all went down hasn't hurt the perception of this program.

Also, how much can UT pay or be willing to pay a coach?
