an offensive line coach would be good also. I like Shoop I think. He didn't get to hire anyone so it's hard to know what he is exactly but I don't pin our big problems on the defense. Offensive scheme is terrible. OL play is terrible and getting worse every year. peyton for Head Coach! What's worse, paying 4 million a year for this crap or spending 8 million to get rid of it?
