I think we have a unique guy and staff. He can go toe to toe with the big boys for 5*'s he wants and he turns around and offers guys that are under the radar and they tend to work out. How many guys has he gotten on early and suddenly they jump a star or two. The "bottom" few guys in the classes (as we label them) suddenly show up as contributors or more ( Mosley, Hall, Sapp,Perry, Mixon, etc.).
