Alot of time it's not running your feet. Sometimes it's a guy not 100%. Must do a much better job. Saturday too much lunging at tackles. Must get more people to the football.
Development at linebacker...
Each individual develops at their own pace. It's a position that's been set back by injuries. Bates has worked hard. But injuries have set him back from a physical standpoint strength and weight numbers.
Sometimes it's overall knowledge be able to process the game.
Jones on is offense...
We are calling games the way we have all year. We are executing better and have alot of confidence right now. Real challenge this week in Nashville. They are a good defense.
Recent success is a by product of execution. First down efficiency has been a big key. We have been better on mixed downs.
