All he does is speak in these cliches; eye discipline, control the uncontrollable, snap and clear, etc. Look guys we have a senior QB in a Zone Read scheme offense that cannot for some reason pull the ball and run outside to make defenses respect him with the ball. Receivers are not featured in the offense. I think these cliches or messages do not have an affect on these players anymore. They are not disciplined, lack emotion.
