A lot of you complaining about the National media running with this rape story and presenting this as a representation of the culture of the entire Tennessee football team, were the same ones who decided that the UT Pikes were guilty of buttchugging because the news told you this was being alleged. Without any due process, the entire fraternity was removed from campus and forced to find new places to live in the middle of the year one week after accusations arose because the University decided to do whatever it needed to get CNN cameras off of their campus. I challenge anybody to present a single piece of evidence showing that "buttchugging" actually occurred that night other than a few articles talking about allegations. Even if one individual decided to do something as stupid as "buttchugging", it was unfair to rush to judge an entire organization of young men who had won the award for Nation's best chapter for their community service and representation in the community for 3 straight years before this incident happened.
Just wanted to point out that this isn't the first time that the National media has jumped to conclusions about something that happened at the University of Tennessee, but now that it involves football, everybody wants to get all up in arms about it. I also point this out as it was announced that Pike is coming back on campus in the fall.
