Talked to a guy that covers MS recruiting the other day about Akers. Not much of an update but I thought I'd share. First off, he said there's a huge possibility he leaves the state of MS. Akers told him LSU was his dream offer so idk how that will effect everything. Lastly said Akers told him OSU is recruiting him the hardest currently. Just to throw in my two cents, Gillispie being from MS and having a good relationship with him as of now helps a lot. We really need to win and show a consistency to beat big opponents this year and it will a lot here.
