we "completed" a pass to Kelly on 1st down, hurried to the line and threw a pass to Josh Smith. They called that pass incomplete. Then immediately said the previous play is under review. Did they try to buzz in after 1st down & we got the snap off before the buzz? Was it an incomplete pass to Smith? Never saw a replay of that play. Was it just a FUBAR by the refs?
