Can we block for a bubble screen? (offense's version of defending a slant)

Over the years I've grown to loathe the bubble screen. Yet, coach after coach, we still use it. Like it's some kind of UT staple. Without blockers. Other teams use 'em all the time. Quick throw to the sideline, two blockers leading the way. Why can't we ever do this? Seems simple enough. It's totally legal.

Either block for it or tear that page outta the playbook.
