Has the ability, but he just doesn't dictate how he should. He's unsure constantly....just indecisive on whether he should drive, should pull up for a mid range shot, dish to a teammate, etc. He just rarely seems sure of himself.
Once it clicks, and he understands he's the best player and he asserts himself, he's gonna be good. I just hope it happens while he's here..
