Was watching man v food the other day and he was in Nashville and he wanted the try the a southern dish, chicken and waffles. Then I was watching masterchef with gordon ramsey a couple nights ago with the wife and they wanted to make a southern dish...again chicken and waffles. I have lived my whole life in the south and for some reason never heard of this dish. Now I want to try it. Any place around knoxville to eat this certainly heart attack friendly meal? How do you eat it? Chicken and waffle and syrup all in one bite?
