Has major connections recruiting in southeast especially in Georgia and Alabama from his time coaching HS in both states. Extremely well respected amoung HS coaches in Georgia even tho he was only coach at Lassiter for couple years. Spread type system background with emphasis on being physical in the run game. Makes 550,000 at Arizona State.. Great reputation as a QB coach as well. IMO would be great fit, Co-Oc with Debord goes to OL. Spend whatever it takes to hire Hoke as D-Line, Fair with DB's. Also I thought I read somewhere that NCAA is adding another assistant coach next year? If so promote Walt Wells to OLine duties as well
