Legalized sports gambling passed in 3 out of 3 states (Louisiana, South Dakota & Maryland). As it just started in Tennessee last week, I'm curious how long any of you guys think it will be before we have the first big "scandal".
I'm completely in favor of legalized sports gambling, just to make sure you guys know. And I think that legalized sports gambling will help the authorities keep track or regulate any big time scams. But I could see some little douche on campus who is friends with a football player or basketball player trying to make like $1,000 in a game. Possibly not with the NLI kicking in soon but I do think it's a matter of time before some non-organized punks try to do something stupid.
