Hey fellas, first of all Happy Memorial Day to my GQ brothers and sisters. I haven’t gotten to do this in quite a while, but I’ve got a great book recommendation for the history lovers and readers on here: Gettysburg July 1, by David G. Martin. It’s incredibly-well researched and written. If you’re a student of the Battle of Gettysburg, then you’ll know that the events leading up to and on July 1 are among the most heavily-debated of any during the war. Martin’s book covers all the twists and turns from multiple perspectives and is a very entertaining read. Definitely check it out when you have time.
