Gillespie - given raise and made recruiting coordinator
Debord - offensive QC and paid whatever it takes to make it happen - help Azzanni with OC skills that haven't been proven yet
Darden - brought in as QB coach - he could also help with play calling
If the above came true I would be pretty thrilled.....lots of continuity but adding 2 outside minds/opinions that could help kick it up a notch
