I realize everyone is not as excited this year about recruiting, especially vs our last 3-4 head coaches and staffs.
To me the HUGE difference, is that this staff appears to be able to get MORE out of our players than any of the previous staffs, just after one season. This is exciting to me. Also, HS recruiting just isn't what it use to be. We have 2-signing periods for HS, portals for transfers, and graduate transfers. It will truly be tough to tell what we have until the summer. I have really been impressed with CJH's staff and the player response to the coaches.
We had very little departures, and kids appear to be hanging around and not leaving early. I think this says a lot.
