This will be an issue going forward, especially with schools with large stadiums like Tennessee. Puts more pressure to put a good product on the field.

Another issue is the rise of rise of quality control staff, who are de facto assistant coaches who can't go on the road and recruit. Schools like Alabama seem to have dozens, whereas the bottom teams don't have the budget to hire them. May be getting like the NBA with one or two stacked teams that win NC every year.
