Pretty sure the wife and I are moving to E. Tennessee after her school year ends this spring here in HHI, SC. I work from home for a large health insurance company and am free to relocate wherever, but she’s going to be teaching in west Knoxville, most likely. We’re currently looking kicking areas west of town around in our mind, but wondered how Maryville is as far as commute into W. Knox during non-COVID times. I haven’t lived in Knoxville since I graduated in 04 but have no experience with commutes as I always lived close to campus. My reference for a bad commute is prior to moving to HHI we lived in Franklin for 8 years and I left a job beci didn’t want to drive downtown anymore on 65. Thanks for any thoughts!
