Comparing TN's average production per game on offense and defense vs Kentucky's I come up with a 20 point separation for us. That's allowing 3 points for the home field advantage. Looking at Georgia next week I come up with us as an 8.5 point dog in that one. Just for the fun of it I ran through a comparison of the Vols and Bama to see how accurate my calculations were. Guess what? It turned out that we were favored by 3 points over Bama! (But of course I couldn't possibly have known the final score total of 52-49.)
