Corner36 help me figure this out.

I really need your honest opinion. Other areas of the state are so far ahead of Memphis in high school football. Our organization is attempting to become the “NPA” of basketball. Memphis have made some stride in football with Whitehaven, East, and Trezevant, but nothing like Middle and East Tennessee. Our foundation (Thaddeus Young) is completive on the AAU EYBL circuit and our high schools are pretty good. Mitchell, East, and Hamilton have won multiple State titles since 2010. In football we have some of the best athletes in the state, but it does not translate to the field. What do you suggest?
