I keep hearing we can't get a vaccine by this fall, we have to test every phase so months, it takes 18 months or more, etc. I'm tired of the defeatist talk.
IMO it's time for Americans to say that's not acceptable. We want it by this fall. If the people working on it can't commit to that time, find someone else. It 'll get done early if we demand it get done early. That's how projects work.
