A tip of the cap to Josh Richardson. He probably won't go down as one of the greatest in school history, but as someone said on his last night, he's what the college game was supposed to be about. His development and growth over four years has been fun to watch and what he did for this team this year playing the point and leading was special and fun to watch. Obviously you can't fall behind by twenty points, but he certainly wouldn't let his team quit. He's a terrific young man who is deserving of every accolade and every opportunity to continue to play the game.
Obviously now with I think the NIT unlikely all the focus will be on the letter of allegations and Tyndall's future as the wait for that letter continues.
On a different note, the Marks kid was dealing tonight in Gainesville, I don't know that I have seen a no-hitter through 8 innings in college baseball in this conference. He did a great job keeping the ball down, throwing strikes and forcing ground outs. That's a big time opening SEC win for the Vols. Can they get one more and steal a series win on the road against the 3rd ranked team in the country.
