Of course I want life to get back to normal, I absolutely want to see football (our beloved Big Orange) played this year, and I love how this staff is recruiting these days. However who has a CLUE how this is all going to play out now. Before this silly virus shut the world down, the best thing that could have happened for our football program was for them to continue to win games. With the way things sit now who knows what this team is going to even look like once they are allowed to play. Could they still win the same games that were going to be close even with a good off season and spring development? I worry that this will hurt the progress this program was making which in turn will hurt the red hot recruiting they are experiencing right now. Lose 6,7,8 games and I think the negative recruiting by other programs will kill us and we go from being top 5 class to top 20 class again.
No one has a clue what the future holds, if we even play football again, and just how ready our players will be if they get a chance. I just hope they can keep building on what last year's team started. #GBO
