Holloway, Trey Smith, Higgins, Tyler Taylor, a few others that are strangely ranked very low on rivals could be around 5th on signing day on 247 and espn and around 20th on rivals. Never seen this big a discrepancy between the sites on some of these players. That being said, I'm sure it happens every year and i dont notice as much.
