This board continues to complain about the same things but somehow expects different results. Whether it's Dobbs passing, receiver rotation, or recruiting, it's a broken record. Dobbs is not a great passer. He never will be. He is does have an uncanny ability to run the ball. He has won more games with his feet then he has lost with his arm! The next two guys up have better arms and our offense will reflect that both in execution and design. As far as receivers, I feel the numbers are as much a reflection of the lack of an elite receiver (and Dobbs passing) as it is to the "rotation". I bet this years numbers will be different reflecting the emergence of a true alpha male in Williams as well as continued development in Malone and a healthy Smith. When we have a stronger arm tossing it around, then you guys will probably complain we are not running enough. Lastly, recruiting appears disappointing by the numbers but as many have said, I trust Butch and Bob more then the recruiting services. Overall, Butch has flipped this roster over the last several years. Our team is as talented as any in the country. The overall health of the program is light years ahead of where we where several years ago. We are on the verge of having a great year. Yet, everyone want to complain about the same things. GBO!!!!
