Dessert choices in Knoxvilke

Traveling in from out of town and going to Stock and Barrel for a burger at lunch in Knoxville. Looking for dessert recommendations close to Market Square. I read about Rita's and the Coolata Gelato place....anyone tried either if these? Any others?
