Dickson County Electric Set to start providing customers with fiber internet

Didn’t know they had the capability, anyone else familiar with electric co providing such a service? I think the fiber is ran with the power lines and they currently use it to read their meters remotely... Any they’re looking at being able to start service up in the ladder part of 21’... Good news for DC resident, limited options out here in the sticks...
