If you look at his past history and Fulmer has violated many of the rules and regulations under title IX. Sexual harassment under his watch; beer bottle incident with player and female; arrests,etc. Lawyers will be lining up to go to court if he is AD if any of Title IX violations occur. UT could lose Federal Funds for sure with liberal courts .
